Are we in a simulation?

Sometimes we have to play "pause" while playing a video game, go to take care of an essential need, like feeding yourself, going to the bathroom, or just take care of a priority in life.  we are a that situation as society, we need to pause and silence, to meditate, to create, to connect, for our well being, to think as a group, community, as One.
